Thomas A. Goldsmith Jr.
President
Tom founded Flagship Capital Management in 1990 and brings over 40 years of investment industry experience to the firm. He graduated from St. Joseph's University, in Philadelphia, in 1976 with a B.S. in Accounting and earned an MBA from St. Joseph's in 1980. Tom serves on the boards of several private corporations and charitable organizations, including Nutritional Development Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Riddle Memorial Hospital Foundation.
T. Patrick Goldsmith, CFA
Vice President - Portfolio Manager
Patrick joined Flagship in 2012 as an investment analyst. He currently serves as a lead portfolio manager, head of equity research and member of the investment committee. Prior to his time at Flagship, Patrick spent five years at Susquehanna International Group, where he worked on the energy and commodities desk, as well as in the Investment Banking department. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, with a BS in Finance. Patrick is a CFA® charterholder.
Chuck Gubler
Analyst
Chuck joined Flagship Capital Management in 2024 as an investment analyst. Chuck is a graduate of James Madison University, with a degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. His experience include two years spent at SEI Investments in fund accounting and analysis and he brings with him a passion for investing and client service.
